Upgrade to a new model
Have you been driving the same 2003 Mazda6 that now has 230,000 miles on it? Hey, if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it, right? While there’s nothing wrong with driving an old, reliable model, there comes a time where you might be better off if you got something newer. Look at the new year as an opportunity to upgrade your vehicle to a new Mazda with modern features and top-notch engine specs.
Work on fuel efficiency
While most Mazda vehicles are very good on gas, there are things you can do yourself to help your fuel economy. Work on little things like accelerating more slowly, securing your gas cap, and use the best oil possible for your car. The higher your fuel economy is, the lower your payments to the gas stations will be.
Maybe you’d like to just get a different kind of vehicle altogether. Have you been driving crossovers all your life and just don’t need to extra space anymore? Maybe you could downsize to the Mazda MX-5 Miata to give yourself a more exhilarating ride! Conversely, if you have been driving a smaller car, maybe it’s time to upgrade to the Mazda CX-9. These are just some ideas to think about as you continue to work on your new year’s goals!
